What are your delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders shipped within Germany typically arrive within 2-3 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 5 to 14 business days, depending on customs clearance processes in your country.
How much will shipping cost?
We provide worldwide free shipping, so ordering your Mini Racetrack is always free of shipping charges.
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We exclusively use DHL for all shipments, ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly.
How do I return my order?
Please contact us at contact@miniracetracks.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Return Policy for full details.
My Order
How can I cancel my order?
Standard orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped – just email us at contact@miniracetracks.com with your order number. Custom or personalised orders can only be cancelled before production has started.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact us if you received the wrong product, so that we can send you the correct racetrack model.
Can you offer exchanges for faulty items?
Yes. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or repair at no cost to you. This is separate from regular returns – your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Can you offer bulk discounts?
If you are looking to order 10+ racetracks for yourself, a event or your business we can offer you a fair bulk discount.
Can you offer customizations?
Yes, we can customize all racetracks by adding personal engravings change the size or use different material.
