Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. Where you order multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last item.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or until you supply evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. custom-built tracks).
• Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
• Sealed audio/video recordings or computer software once unsealed.
• Digital content where you have given prior express consent to begin performance and acknowledged loss of withdrawal rights.

3. Condition of returned goods

To enable a quick and complete refund, please:

• return the item complete (all parts, accessories, cables, manuals),
• keep the original packaging if possible,
• handle the goods with care and only inspect them as you would in a shop.

These points are not preconditions for an effective withdrawal. However, we are entitled to claim compensation for diminished value if the loss in value is due to handling beyond inspection (e.g. extended use, damage, soiling).

4. How to return

Announce your return: Email contact@miniracetracks.com with your order number and reason before shipping. You will receive the return address and final instructions within 1–2 business days.

Pack: Place the item securely in a transport-safe parcel. Please include a printout or note with your order number so we can identify the return quickly.

Ship: Use an insured, trackable service. You bear the return shipping cost, typically [X € to Y €] depending on size and country.

Refund: After receipt and inspection we refund within the statutory 14-day period via your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s) in our warehouse, subject to their condition upon inspection.
